 Summary:
I make truly custom horse blankets, bags and saddle pads for Hunter, Jumpers and Dressage barns. Custom to Ellerslie means much more than picking the color of your blanket, piping and webbing. Some horses are in their blankets 24 X 7 as it rubs and rubs!

The Fit:
Exclusive fitting on each horse! All the individual body parts are considered, and the blanket is custom made. This is the basis for all blankets ordered from Ellerslie. All measurements are specific to your horse. Each pattern is on file for the next phone order. The fit is guarenteed!

Special Winter Fabrics
 
Dutch Warmblood
 		 Weather Max 6 insulated with Thinsulate. This is used for turnouts. The outer layer has a soft hand, extremely waterproof and resists bacterial growth. This really cuts down on the odor of a dirty blanket during the winter months. This combonation makes for a very light weight blanket (no rubs), that will keep the horse warm in below zero temperatures.

Summer Dress Sheets and Turnouts
 
Friesian
 		 The summer blankets are made for beauty, wicking, cooler nights, and turnout; depending on the fabric you choose . The fabrics are pre-washed, upholstery weight, the wicking is silk. Silk wicks, cools, and warms. Thus, the Kimono, a century old fabric for summer and winter.

Bathrobe

 		 The Bathrobe is unique in quality. This Blanket is made of the finest terry cloth.

Your horses will think they just checked into a 5 star hotel with our bathrobe. The terry is so thick.

Quarter Sheets

 		 The quarter sheets are designed for extreme warmth for the rider and horse. This picture shows the under the saddle quarter sheet. Over the leg gives the ability to warm up and ride in winter temperatures without restriction. Ideal for the unheated arena.

Stable Sheets

 		 Stable sheets are designed for warmth and comfort. Comfortable blankets that fit rarely end up on the stall floor! Your choice for the outer layer, inner lining, insulation and closure.

Dress Sheets and Wool Coolers
 
Hanoverian Cross
 		 My Coolers take your breath away. In cashmere , 100% wool Melton (pre-washed) with beautiful braid in new combinations. Each one unique. Barn Colors are always accommodated. Most Companies use wool fabric with nylon added. Wool with nylon does not wash or wick well. Nylon also causes most horses to sweat...cooling down is the object. Dress Sheets are available in tweed, gabardine, and family clan tartans. Again, a multitude of piping and braiding choices.

Saddle Pads
 
Dress Pad
 		 My dress and everyday dressage pads are in great demand. Each Pad is unique. Colorful for workout and elegant for show. Many riders are showing in the Ellerslie saddle pad at Devon. Each Dress pad is unique in: quilting, fabric and braid. All fabric is pre-washed, no mater how ornate can be washed in the machine.
 

Repairs

I also do blanket repairs at shows replacing: hardware, straps, webbing, rips, bites, tears and buckles.-If you want that service at your show I can accommodate.
